​IDEA: Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Alliance  is a nonprofit civil rights organization. Our mission is a grassroots devotion to our community and surrounding area.  We want to improve the inclusivity, diversity, and equality environment, we are committed to our BIPoC  and LGBQT community members. We seek an end to the systemic barriers that perpetuate and reinforce racism in all spaces. Through education, civic engagement, and love, we fight to end racism and homophobia.

We started as a group of locals who care.  We have a Grassroots devotion to our community through education & civic engagement.  Our goal is to improve inclusivity, diversity, and equality.
